What does your creative space look like? Do you have everything organized? Do you have inspiring stuff on the walls? Do you even have a creative space, or do you just draw/write/dream wherever you feel like?
Mine is a mess.
[link] I cleaned it up and it's still a mess. But it works best for me cause I can sit at the computer and listen to music, surf the web and still have enough space for the 8.5" x 11" copy paper that I usually draw on. I have a nice bright desk light so I can get right down next to my paper and still have good light on it.
When I get stuck on something, I can sit back in my chair, which is a rocker, and daydream. Often staring at the dragon on my wall, I wonder: "What state of mind was the artist in when he painted that?" Sometimes I look at the scribbles on the whiteboards that hang on my walls and wonder: "What state of mind was
I in when I wrote that?" Some of them make no sense, and others light off a creative spark that refuses to die.
Anyway.
What does your creative space look like? Let me know.
The contest is still on. BTW. Many people have stopped by my page, but only one person has submitted any ideas? Jeez. Details here:
